Terms & Conditions
1. Validity of Quotation: 4 weeks from the date of quotation.
2. Terms of Payment: 50% upon confirmation of order and balance 50% on the day of the event.
3. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “Artstech Solutions” or transferred to UOB Current account. 7693176682 or PayNow to 53108135D001
4. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation of order upon confirmation: 50% of total invoice value chargeable.
6. Cancellation of the order less than 2 weeks from the event date: 75% of total invoice value chargeable.
7. Equipment quoted is subjected to availability upon confirmation.
8. In event of any breakdown of the equipment supplied during the rental period, our liability is limited to providing a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
9. Client is to be responsible for the security of the equipment supplied from the time of setup to the time of dismantling.
10. In the event of loss/damage of equipment supplied, the client will be responsible to provide a replacement to the satisfaction of Artstech Solutions.
11. Unless otherwise stated, the power supply is to be provided by the venue, and any costs incurred for supply and/or consumption are to be borne by the client.
